GraphicMail’s advanced autoresponder service, is an autopilot mode for your email campaigns. Autoresponders are automated emails that are sent off when triggered or prompted to do so – and you decide on and set the autoresponders. These triggers can vary from a date or time, to when a subscriber performs a desired action, like clicking on a link. GraphicMail also gives you drill-down autopresponder reports on who opened them, clicked on your Autoresponder links, or unsubscribed.

There are seven different Autoresponder functions, namely:
Set a weekly, monthly or annual date to serve as the trigger for seasonal messages or even payment reminders. Personalize your campaign by setting an anniversary trigger for individual clients’ birthdays to send them congratulations – and remind them that they can rely on your business to meet their needs.
With autoresponders you can schedule when you want an email to be sent – right down to the time and date. It’s ideal for a recurring monthly send, like an invoice. So if you want your clients to receive your invoices at 9am sharp on the first of every month, GraphicMail will automatically blast them off when the clock strikes 9.
Send an automated follow-up email when a subscriber opens your email. It’s ideal for sending a series of emails, for instance to introduce a new service or a “How to” guide for one of your products.
Link-click autoresponders are prompted when someone clicks on a specified link in your email. Use it to send additional information regarding the product the link links to.
When a reader clicks on the “subscribe now” link in your email, Autoresponders can automatically send them a follow-up confirmation, thank you or welcome email.
When a subscriber unsubscribes from your email newsletter, Autoresponders can follow-up automatically with a confirmation email – just to be sure.
RSVP triggers are prompted by a subscriber clicking on a “Attending” or “Not attending” link in your email. Instead of sending an automated email, GraphicMail will automatically update a dataset in your account, allowing you to track the attendance of your event.
