Support: FREE vs paying

Everyone who takes out a free account trial with us gets free support via chat, email, and telephone. However, after the 15 day free account trial period, those who opt to stay on the free account, will only benefit from free email/ ticket support. Users who upgrade to a paid email plan will carry on having full support access.
