Our image editor lets you edit images simply. You are able to work in layers; letting you change the text within images and ensure that your images are correctly positioned. You are also able to drag and drop images from you desktop into your template.

Import from Word or an HTML program

Don't have a clue about HTML? Import your entire newsletter as a Word document, images and all! Got some design skills? Create your newsletter in Dreamweaver or Frontpage and upload it to GraphicMail, ready to send.

Attach files

If you would like to send a PDF, an Excel file or a Word document with your email, it's as easy as attaching files with your normal mail client.

Embed images

Want to avoid your clients getting broken image symbols in your email? To avoid broken images you can embed the images in your emails. This will cause the images to display immediately in your client's inbox on receipt of your email newsletter.

Image library

We give you a free image library in which you can store and manage your images and documents. Create your own folder structure, sort images by name or by upload date, or preview images and image properties inside your library.

Customizable subscription form

We give you a subscription form builder that lets you choose the contact details you want to capture on the form. You can also add validation and required fields to your sign-up form. This allows you the flexibility of deciding which additional subscriber information fields you would like to make compulsory.
